Educators face increasing systemic challenges like burnout, underfunding, isolation, and fragmented communication. While countless digital tools exist, few are built around sustained peer collaboration and shared institutional knowledge. Through primary research, including 15+ in-depth interviews with local educators, we uncovered a clear need for structured, accessible, and community-driven resource sharing. CoLearn is a peer-to-peer collaboration and AI-assisted messaging platform designed to reduce isolation and make collective knowledge visible. The product centers on clarity, trust, scalability, and system-level thinking to design not just a tool, but an ecosystem for shared growth. I conducted and synthesized qualitative research and spearheaded the visual design of the platform.
